This event has been hosted by the Hedlund family for decades, and has been a living Hope tradition for several decades. Is it any surprise a grand-daughter is a veterinarian?
While the family patriarch, Bill Hedlund is no longer with us, the Hedlund family continues the tradition hosted by Addie Murphy and John Hedlund, and the rest of the family.
Bring your pet, any pet, large or small, show your pet, and talk about it.

Briggie Button
The Briggie Button is your ticket to FUN, as it provides access
to all the events at the 6th Avenue Park and
Sportsbowl during Brigade Days weekend.
From 6:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, these
buttons must be worn by teenagers and older
on the fairgrounds - as always the young'uns
aged 12 and under are FREE.
Starting at July 1, buttons go on pre-sale at
stores displaying the
BUTTONS SOLD HERE
sign at the discounted price of only $7.00!!
But only till 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 11th.
Thereafter and throughout the weekend,
Buttons will be available only from a few "designated
vendors" (like the Keystone Cops) and at
the gates at the full price of $10.00.
